APRILE IN FESTA, GNOMES TRANSFORM JESOLO INTO THE “ENCHANTED COUNTRY”

The historic center becomes the home of little gnomes for the entire month, the event Primavera in Festa in confirmed. Buffalo Beer Street Food accompanies the city into the beautiful season.

The city administration presented this morning at a press conference the events that will enliven the city in April. For spring 2023, Jesolo’s historic center will be transformed into Enchanted Land with the arrival of the gnomes. Confirmed, then, the centrality of Primavera in Festa, which reaches its 13th edition and this year will have as a corollary the “Goal of the Heart” charity match. Big celebrations, finally, with Buffalo Beer Street Food that will take the city by the hand as it enters the month of May. A colorful and festive month enriched by many cultural events, moments of entertainmentand workshops for children.

Enchanted Country – Primo Maggio Square – April 1 to 30

“Once upon a time there was an Enchanted Country….” So begins the fairy tale that Jesolo will tell throughout the month of April, from Saturday 1 to Sunday 30, thanks to the arrival of the gnomes. To celebrate spring, the historic center of Jesolo will be transformed into their village: a large book-shaped portal will lead into the square, the fountains will be filled with colorful water lilies, and many little gnomes, busy at their work, will peep out here and there. Every weekend in April there will be entertainment, shows and workshops. It will start off in a big way on Sunday, April 2 with the Children’s Market, continuing with the Egg Hunt on the occasion of Easter, then arriving at the weekend of April 15 and 16 with one of the most anticipated village festivals of the year: Primavera in Festa, which will see our friendly gnomes appear among the local farms with their zero-mile products and give space for educational workshops for young and old. There are many cultural initiatives dedicated to the entertainment of children organized by the library: starting on Saturday, April 1, with “Libricina,” which will feature spring-themed readings and workshops. On Sunday, April 16, there will be a double date with workshops in which to learn how to build their own herbarium and one dedicated to painting with natural colors. The following Sunday, April 23, the great juggling and theater show “Candy Circus.” Finally, on Sunday, April 30, the Enchanted Country will be enveloped in thousands of colorful bubbles with the show “Bolle Leggere.”

Children’s Market – Primo Maggio Square – April 2

Ready for the most beautiful and colorful market? Primo Maggio Square, in the heart of the historic center, will host a large market featuring children. The little ones will become merchants for a day, selling and exchanging objects created by them, books, figurines, toys. A way to promote the culture of recycling and sustainability in a funny way. The market is reserved for children residing in the City of Jesolo between the ages of 6 and 10. Primavera in Festa -Centro storico – April 15 and 16

The big spectacle Primavera in Festa is back for the 13th year in a row and is once again preparing to welcome thousands of people. Introducing the event will be an aperitif scheduled for Friday, April 14, at 6 p.m., in I Maggio Square with musical entertainment by a DJ.

Cesare Battisti Street and Fanti del Mare Square will host a craft and creativity market and a food and wine market with spring delicacies, while Nazario Sauro Street will be transformed into a children’s entertainment area with juggling and circus arts workshops filled with colorful objects and stimulating challenges for all ages. Another great opportunity to spend beautiful moments together will also be a children’s makeup gazebo and two inflatables. Great space will also be given to music thanks to performances by students from local schools on the stage that will be set up in Fanti del Mare Square.

Piazza della Repubblica will, on the other hand, be completely devoted to the food area dedicated to the area’s clubs and enlivened by DJ selections.

In the City Hall park area, performances with horses by the association Animo Equestre are confirmed for Sunday morning and afternoon. In this large area will also return the stands of sports associations and others to promote their activities with exhibitions of various disciplines. Water rides along the Sile river will also be organized with the association Remiera Jesolo, which will provide its boats to discover the river from a different perspective. For the bravest there will also be the chance to experience the thrill of kayaking.

Finally, in Kennedy Square, it will be the music and the twinkling lights of the merry-go-rounds that will welcome young and old for moments of fun and entertainment.

Buffalo Beer Street Food – Kennedy Square – April 29 to May 1

Buffalo Beer Street Food will lead Jesolo into summer season, enlivening Kennedy Square from April 29 to May 1. Gastronomic offerings include national, local and international street food, craft breweries, traditional Italian and international desserts. Every evening there will be great guests enlivening the square with their music: Saturday 29 the Rumatera, Sunday 30 Dj Matrix and Dj jesolani, Monday, May 1 with 90 Wonderland.
