The love for bread and pastry, a passion that Mrs. Orietta handed down to her children Ilaria and Lorenzo and that led her to open her own laboratory, where they bake many specialties, both sweet and savory. Bread, pizzas and focaccia, but also croissants, cakes and biscuits, all prepared with natural yeasts and selected flours, to take away or enjoy at the counter, combined with organic juices or a good coffee.
